will track issues and refer them to the appropriate member of our
engineering, QA and technical support staff.

possible when describing your problem. The details of your system
configuration and steps taken are important to us for reproducing and
solving the defect. Please consult our FAQS list and contact our tech
support staff if you are unsure of whether your problem is a defect or
another type of issue which requires Wacom support.
